Please have your artist bio, a brief (2-3 paragraph) statement about how your work has been affected, as well as basic contact information and links to your social media profiles ready before beginning the application process. Typical application time is less than 5 minutes. After submitting your application you can expect a reply within 7 business days.

Jazz Coalition is a grassroots foundation built to aid jazz musicians in need of support due to the current worldwide health epidemic. At a time when freelancers in all sectors are struggling to make ends meet, Jazz Foundation is rising to the challenge of providing relief to musicians through one time grant based tax free donations. Individual recipients are selected by a panel and those who receive funding will participate in a creative commission program publishing streaming content. As a supporter of the arts community this is your chance to make a difference in the life of a working musician and your support is needed now more than ever.
