The Bridge, Noontide, Already Won, and Pilgrim (not included here) are dedicated to the memory and enduring legacy of US Congressman and champion of civil rights, the Honorable John Lewis, and were composed in late summer 2020 during the weeks after his passing with the support of a grant from the Jazz Coalition Commission Fund. They are included in my album “The Plan of Paris,” to be released in Fall 2021.
